Born in 1961 in Sofia, Bulagaria, V. Nikov completed a classical fine arts education and has been on the international arts scene for more than 30 years. Currenlty residing in Montreal, his most recent artistic involments were with the SAQ, Casino de Montreal and the 2014 Sotchi Winter Olympics. A true master of expressionism, he knows how to make the natural materials of this realm speak. Stone, metal and wood become the medium of his thoughts, and through his hands he makes the elements obey.
